So, here's the process as I understand it:
1. I designate in ERAS the name and title of my letter writers
2. I give the letter writers an ERAS cover sheet (etc.) and they write the letter
3. They send the letter and cover sheet to the Dean's office
4. Dean's office scans (?) and uploads letters to ERAS, where they get linked up with the name/titles that I designated earlier.
5. Letters are made available for downloading to the programs I assigned them to.
Is this basically right, or am I missing something?
And, is there anything in ERAS that will let me know if and when a letter has been uploaded?
Thanks!
