LOR's, Supp Info, and application Timing - does it matter?

Sorry for the re-thread, my previous thread didn't have my post for some reason, here it is again:

I've completed my application (end of June), and I am currently studying for the DAT (to take in Aug). My worries - LOR's and Supplementary Information, and how they relate to application timing:

LOR's

My LOR's are not in order yet. I still have to talk to some profs, and others are still writing (I hope they are). Should I be worried now, or do I still have time before I begin to worry?

The truth is that I'm a slacker - and I tend to do things the last minute. When is the latest possible time to get my LOR's and Supp Info in order - and still be on time in terms of my application being complete?

I am really stressed out right now, I have the above two problems, compounded with the fact that I have to study for the DAT! I know, you all have to go through this, but I feel I've reached my limit. How do you all (or did you all) cope with all this pressure? I feel I'm about to loose it! I'd appreciate if you could answer my above questions, and then shed some light as to how you all survived this phase of the application cycle. Thanks.

I totally feel the pressure also, the letters of recomendations for me are still being sorted, i haven't hit the e-submet button yet either, on top I am taking the DATs on AUG 2. i just take a maybe 2 days out of the week to keep up with the apps. Ask help from a gf (thats what i did). I'm a procrastinator so I'm in the same boat. To make matters worse my school is giving me the run around with their own recomendation process.
