LOR's: Two from FM, or wait until Oct for 3rd SLOE

I already have uploaded 2 SLOEs that I'm under the impression are very good. I also have 2 very good letters from FM docs uploaded.

Should I submit those 4 as listed above, or instead only submit 1 of the FM letters now (leaving a spot free until mid-October for a 3rd SLOE)?

To my understanding, once you submit you can't change out letters.

EDIT: I have no idea what the 3rd SLOE will be like as the rotation still has a couple weeks left. But I do know that I feel like I'm running on fumes at this point... so a bit paranoid it might be showing through on the job.

With two SLOEs, why bother with the FM ones? My program will start reviewing apps in a few weeks and I don't want to read anything other than SLOEs, and I doubt anyone else wants to, either.

There isn't a 100% chance that all programs will review your app unless it's complete. You need three to be complete.

Use one of the FM ones, see how you're doing, submit the third SLOE if needed. No one requires 4 letters.

Yeah, makes sense that the 2 SLOEs there would be of most interest.

Many places require 3 letters though (max of 4)... so have to fill that third spot with a FM letter.

Was curious about the 4th spot. (I.e. having 2nd FM there on day 1... or waiting until mid october)

Upload the 2 SLOEs plus one of the FM letters.

For the 4th spot having another EM SLOE is always better than another FM LOR.
