LORs without AAMC id!!!

Guys,

Iam an IMG, i obtained my LORs last year,when i was in my country, then i didnt have any AAMC id, now iam in US and looking forward for a match in 2009.My LORs donot have my AAMC id only my name, can i still submit them?

Your AAMC number does not need to be on the letter. You will submit your letters to ECFMG. Their policy regarding LOR's is here.

Thankyou for the info, i was getting worried like hell coz to get them once again would have been a lot of hassle.
