I am asking because my advisor has all of my LORs but they are paper versions
I am not sure how they should be uploaded since they are hard copies
They'll convert those in digital formats via a scanner; that's of course assuming that your institution is not technologically challenged. It's much faster done electronically than submitting via snail mail.
