I misplaced my DEA card. I've already ordered a duplicate card to be sent out. Is there a potential for someone to use it fraudulently without my knowledge

Haven't actually written a scrip for a controlled substance in more than a decade. Isn't the Prescriber's DEA number actually on the scrip? At least I think that it was.
