Hey guys,

I lost my phone tonight and I might need to get a new number. I know I can go on AMCAS to change my phone number so schools can download it if they call for interviews or acceptances...but since I applied to over 45 schools...It's going to be quite a bit of work to call each school individually.

Is changing on AMCAS enough?

You should just port your number to the new phone. You keep your current number, and you won't have to bother with changing through AMCAS or the individual schools.

THIS. plus. Not sure too many programs call their applicants. Obviously my experience is only with the few that I interacted with when I applied...

That's what I was thinking, but since I am not the account holder for my current company, and I plan on being the account holder for the next company, porting it would be a little complicated.

I'll see the options! Thanks a lot
