Lost the great "What to look for" thread

There was a thread a few weeks back with a graduated medical student who came here and posted all of the wrong things students are looking for in a medical school and then listed the things we should be looking for.

I even remember another thread like this asking where that thread is, but now I can't find either one.

Sorry to clog the boards with another one, but can someone help me out?
