Hey guys,
undergrad - sGPA and cGPA: 3.2/3.3
graduate - Masters in Public Health GPA 3.5
Starting varsity athlete all 4 years of my undergrad. Went to nationals last two years. Tore ACL junior year.
I am now a Registered Dietitian currently working in a clinical setting with the following specialties: cardio, pulm, nephro, stroke, acute care, and surgery.
Research assistant for 3 years during my graduate studies in obesity and cancer. One publication in a toddler obesity study. I worked as a dietitian in the study with family practice residents.
I guess I should add that I'm an African American female from a broken home (no dad and were poor)... and I live in California.
Here's the kicker! I took the MCAT last year and scored a 22 (8V 9B 5PS)... fml, right? I knew the PS section screwed me as soon as I finished that section. Should I take the mcat again or are my ECs enough?
I am interested to hear what you all think. Thanks so much for your help.
