Does anybody know the acceptance rate for Louisville? How many they interview for their 120 spots...? Ex. would be 400-500/120 seats. Or something like that. What are the chances of getting an acceptance on December first at Louisville if you have a pre-December interview? I know there are other circumstances like, how well the interview went, your app....etc. But there has to be some statistic out there in regard to Louisville..Right?

I think their class size has just recently increased from 80 to 120, so they are probably changing the numbers of interviews they do as well.

Toothdoc...I don't really understand the stat on Louisville. so are you saying the accepted 178 total? I thought last year they only had a class of 80...? maybe I am reading this wring but are you saying if you get an interview at Louisville there is a 46% chances you will be accepted? Are the numbers much higher because they have to accept many students due to students not accepting their offer?? Please explain. And thanks so much for all your help!!

although im not doc tooth, i can tell you that the reason why the accepted number is higher than numbers of seats is b/c students do decline their acceptance when they are accepted multiple schools.

for ex. newer schools/more expensive schools will probably accept more students than other schools b/c many ppl will turn down for more established schools or cheaper schools.

schools usually know from previous cycles about how much ppl will actually attend the school and decline and etc.
