Having a difficult time deciding! Both school will end up being almost the exact same price after budgeting (I am out of state for both schools). I loved Denver as a city and the faculty seemed great, didn't really meet students. My interview experience at Louisville was my favorite, the equipment/facilities were awesome, students seemed happy. Tell me what you know about these schools please!

How did you calculate it? I figured CU to be a lot more because they have a summer semester. Am I off?

At least for the first year, it is $80,182 (Louisville tuition + fees) versus $74,936 (CU tuition + fees), not including rent & living which would offset CU being cheaper. Louisville also has summer semesters, so honestly CU is the cheaper school but more expensive to live so they're pretty much on the same level of expense for OOS.

You’re forgetting CU’s summer semester is an extra like 28,000. Their total tuition + fees is around $110,000 for first year.

Why do you think CU's clinical program is better? Just curious!

Hey! I just think their ACTS program is one of the best in the country. I have talked to so many dentists that graduated from Colorado who have said they felt very comfortable with their skills after going through ACTS program! I also shadowed a dentist at a Denver Health Clinic and there were a couple dental students doing rotations there as part of the ACTS program and the dentists gave them so much autonomy. My first visit there I couldn't even tell the other person there was a student because she was literally doing so much and running around between patient rooms like a dentist. It wasn't until the dentist introduced us that she mentioned she was a student.
