I got an email from Louisville saying that they have received my application but in order for them to review my application it has to be complete. It said official TOEFL score must be submitted.
I was wondering if anyone got an interview without TOEFL score?
I have so much to do and really don't want to pay $200 to take TOEFL... but if I have to then I guess I should write it...but I just think it is unfair since I graduated high school and university here.

are you international student?

same question! I am an American citizen but moved here 8 years ago. Do I still have to take toefl?

TOEFL is only for students who did not finish their secondary education in U.S. Thus, even an international student doesn't have to take it as long as he/she has received diploma from an American high school.
