I know there are a bunch of loupe threads on here and I have read a lot of them to try to sort out what I will probably go with. I am a D1, and have heard it is best to get loupes ASAP, but I'd like to do some research first since it's a big investment.

So I was wondering which loupes are recommended for people with very small nose bridges? I have a very small bridge, and my regular glasses slide down most of the time so I usually wear contacts. I am leaning towards Q-optics since they are pretty light and they offer free prescription inserts for days I do want to wear glasses. I've heard that surgitel is used by some of the upperclassmen that I've talked to with similar nose shapes, but I haven't found much information on them and they haven't come to our school to talk to us. I've tried orascoptics and they slid right off my face bc they were too heavy so they're probably a no also.

Does anyone have recommendations for brands, styles, TTL/flip-ups, and lights? And would prismatics be significantly heavier than galilean?

I have the Nike Skylon Ace - through DFV. They're a sports style and don't offer prescription inserts but of the frames I tried (probably 20 different from Q optics, orascoptic, surgical, etc) they were the only ones that comfortably stayed in place with normal day to day movement.

I have orascoptic and they offer some Italian sporty style looking frames that you can bend the nose piece to whatever you need to
