I'm not sure about any of that per se but I know orascoptic has a line of adjustable/customizable frames

Q-Optics has a frame called the Eclipse frame that has a couple different sizes and can be shaped/molded around your face. There are also a few different nose pads that you can choose from. Personally, I get headaches really easy and have found the large saddle bridge alleviates that. Also, the frames can be trimmed per individual needs.
