I am looking at purchasing my first set of loupes. I am pretty much decided on TTL from Q optics but am having a tough time deciding between the 3.5 prismatic vs the 3x gallilean. I was wondering if others could chip in on whether the extra .5x and slight decrease on depth of field is morth the extra 600 for the prismatics. To me it seems the field is about the same.

Idk what’s worth it and what’s not worth it; all I know is I have q-optics prismatic 4.0 and love them and highly recommended them but I do wish I got the 4.5

In my opinion, Prismatic quality is far better and to me that’s worth 600 because it’s what you’ll be looking through all day everyday.
