Has anyone used low dose lithium as a suicide prevention agent for patients who are at a very high risk to harm themselves. Say, 150mg per day or something like that.

Or is the decrease in suicidality related to lithium serum levels?

There are studies that show areas where the water has more naturally occurring lithium have lower levels of suicide.

There are of course those correlation studies suggesting inverse relationship between lithium in water and population suicides.

At least there's agreement.

I don't think 150mg or 300mg of lithium is exactly homeopathic as I understand the term. I have used 300mg before as an adjunct but not with the purpose of lowering suicide risk.

I just haven't found anything regarding dose and suicide with lithium.

Agreed.. the 10mg they sell in health food stores and on amazon is homeopathic...

Unless I misunderstand homeopathy, a homeopathic solution of lithium would contain 0mg of lithium, or at least as close to that as possible.
