Okay, I have 3.11 UC-Transferrable GPA right now (and International Student.)
(3.2 Overall)

I have completed General Chemistry with B and C.
Biology in C (Cell & Molecular)
First Semester of O-chem - Either B or C (Possibly A as well)

Math - taking pre-cal now
Physics - I haven't taken Calculus, so no.
A & P - Nope
Microbiology - Nope
College Level Writing English - A
Communication - A
Sociology ( I think it's pre-req) - A

so... I still have chances even though I got bad grades on Gen. Chem and Bio?
(I am thinking about taking second semester of Gen. Chem during the summer as well)

Comments?

I live in California and will be transferring to UC Davis in Fall 2009.

Having a "low" gpa is very speculative in this process. What is not however, is that your gpa is below average of those accepted at all schools in California and probably most out-of-state (perhaps with the exception of Northstate in CA).

So what you might have wanted to do was post your actual stats in the WAMC thread. You may also want to research the schools you want to apply and find out what the stats are for them.

What's WAMC?

Never mind, I got it! :)
