I should also mention that Western hung on to my application until the last round of interview invites went out but did not offer me an interview. And I heard nothing from USC.

21+ DAT for USC. 2018 stat:

The entering class had an average science GPA of 3.40. The class’ average overall GPA was 3.50.

Average DAT scores: Academic Average 20, Science 20, and PAT 20.

Why don't you take a few more upper level classes?
Do you mean throughout the rest of undergrad, or after that? I'm about to graduate; but I'm currently taking a few and hopefully I will do well. Thanks!

Hi I would recommend emailing interest to those schools. I also interviewed at both programs, and they are great schools. Also, I would recommend taking some upper division courses. I have a 3.4 ogpa/3.27 sgpa and 19aa.

Thanks for the tip and sharing those stats. Congrats on your interviews & acceptance!
Also did you mean take upper division classes during undergrad or after? I'm graduating very soon, otherwise I would.
Between USC and Western, is there one you liked more?

Thanks!

I would recommend taking upper division courses during undergrad and even after, if you plan on raising your GPA, etc. try to get your science GPA to around 3.2+

Between USC and Western, I do not really have a preference right now...I like USC because of its establishments and specialty programs, as well as their school spirit. I like WesternU because of its small class size, mission, and atmosphere. WesternU is cheaper however, by a lot more.

thanks, I will see what I can do, I will also contact those schools and see what they recommend.
The cost makes a big difference. I'm really impressed with Western too. I have only heard good things about it and it seems to have made a name for itself in a short amount of time.
