I was wondering how much a low grade in the intro bio/chem/physics classes will handicap me?

As an undergrad I got a C- in evolutionary biology, a C+ in Chem 101, and a C in physics 100. Other than these poor grades I have A's in all upper level sciences & prereqs. I feel like awful grades in the lower level classes are going to hold me back significantly. I know the upper level are more important but I'm not in a position to retake these classes. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice? I'm an EMT and I'm looking into PA programs

While those classes may not be pre-reqs, they will still all three be counted in your Sciences GPA. As long as your other science class grades are stellar, you will probably be okay.
