low mcat and gpa? Where should I apply.

I go to cornell. I am graduating early with a 3.3 and a 29 on my mcat ( 11 on both sciences and 7 on verbal). I am retaking my mcat in August.

I am the treasurer of two clubs, I have 200 hours shadowing and 300 hours clinical as an EMT. I am also a member of many other organizations and did nutrition research for a year before going abroad. I dont know if I should apply this cycle or wait. I have no desire to take a gap year or apply to a DO program.

I have a residence in Jersey. Where do I have any shot at getting in? Any advice would be great!

You should focus on applying to DO schools. Otherwise take a year off and improve your gpa and mcat for MD

Definitely have a shot at Caribbean schools. very low chance at US MD with current gpa and 7 verbal
