Low Oat Score, Should I Wait To Apply For Next Year?

my total score of OAT is 360, my average academic score is 330, but my reading comprehension section is only 230. i will retake OAT test later if i did not get admitted into optometry school this year. i already applied for berkeley optometry school and get rejected, currently, should i go to apply for other school or wait for the next year to apply for the school? if you get rejected by that school, will this affect your reapplication for next year?
i do not know should i go ahead to apply for other school or not? maybe get rejected again then maybe have a bad effect on my reapplication next year.

frustrated, do not know what to do.

by the way, i have good GPA, good recommendation letter, everything else seems good, Only OAT score not good.

How did you do so poorly on the RC? Figure out why, do something about it, retake the OAT and then reapply. Your other OAT scores must have been pretty good.

I had that article about aligator and a crocodile during my reading comprehension test. also have articel about bridge as well. so sad to get such low score. give up this year? or try my luck?

reapply means have to wait for one year to get into the school. wuwuwuwu

well if the paragraph you wrote above is any indication of your skills in the english language no wonder you didn't do so hot on that part. optometry is not all science.... it is more than just understanding how to do a couple math problems and memorizing some facts... you have to be able to CLEARLY COMMUNICATE with people so perhaps if you could work on that things would be better.

in regards to your question, i really dont know what school would take you this late in the application cycle with those scores and if you do have to reapply to a school it definitely looks bad unless you can significantly change the reason that they did not want you in the first place.
