hey guys...so as i was looking at the my pre-reqs and the grades they are not that great C and D's (bio, calculus, biochem)
other than A's in org&lab and physcs 1&2 with lab that are also A's
and I still have to take the OAT which I am in Jan.
I do not want to lose hope...because I know i can score good on the OATs rather than score good in class.
What schools do you recommend i look into?

If you score much higher in the parts of the OAT that you have lower grades in, it will definitely help your application. I applied with a 2.98 cumulative GPA as a kinesiology major and had a 330 AA OAT score. Some of my interviewers mentioned that an OAT score with my GPA is not expected, so I'm assuming that really helped my application. From my experience, I felt ICO, Pacific, NECO and WesternU looked more into who I am as a person and not just my grades. ICO's website even says that they are not only focused on the numbers side of you and they want motivated students. SCCO places an emphasis on grades. They put my application on hold because my GPA is below 3.0 and will re-evaluate after I send them my fall grades.

You may want to consider retaking courses that you got a D in. Some schools want their students to have a C or higher in all courses. I know some schools have asked students to retake courses if they got below a C. Once you determine what schools you want to apply to, you should call them to make sure.

You definitely shouldn't lose hope. Study hard for the OAT and have strong essays in your application! Good luck! PM me if you have any other questions.
