Low RC score, Please HELP :(

I just took my OAT, and here are my results:
Math: 340
Reading Comprehension: 240
Biology: 370
General Chemistry: 400
Organic Chemistry: 400
Physics: 370

Total Science: 400
Academic average: 350


As you can see my reading comprehension is really low, but it really doesn't reflect my English level. English is my second language, but I speak English fluently. I graduated in 2008 with a GPA of 3.2 and currently taking couple prerequisites at Upenn. I also do research at Penn, and my PI is going to write me a recommendation later stating that my English is not as bad.

Do I have a good chance to get in? where should I apply?
I would appreciate any advice.

Your overall scores are great! Really it depends on the school. At mine (SCCO) they require you score above a 300 in each section. Which means your reading score would hold you back.

I think you still stand a good chance, perhaps retake the OAT and really practice the RC section.

I actually just called your school and they said the same thing, but I'm wondering if someone knows about a school that has accepted with similar situations before?!

Um... I got into PCO with 290 on ochem. But the interviewer from PCO told me that in most cases, they want students to score at least 300 on each subject. I believe SUNY want a minimum of 300 on each subject as well. Your stats seems pretty solid except the RC. I'd suggest you to retake the OAT because 240 is pretty low... Or call the schools you are interested to see what do they want.

did you practice the RC well? i find that the RC section should be the easiest one since all the answers are in the passage. The way I do it is that I read the passage once through and then start answering questions. Reading it through is a lot more helpful than just searching for answers based on questions alone. I think that your science scores are incredible, but 240 is really low, I suggest you retake unless theres no time left

I got a 280 in RC, aa 340/ts 360, and the only school that gave me trouble for it was scco. I'm not sure about a 240 though
