Hello all,
Would any one lend me their opinion on my chances of matriculating to a pharmacy school with a composite score of 89% (99% on chemistry; 92% on biology, 85 on math, 58% on verbal and 26% on reading) and an overall GPA of 3.85 with my sciences GPA of 3.86. I have teaching, research experience and volunteer work as well. I just graduated with BS in biology and English is not my native language. My reading comprehension is super low and it makes me really worried
Best,
Thank you

except very few schools who has minimum score of each sub section, you are absolutely fine...or I would say overqualified.

Pffft! You call that a "low" reading score?!? You give low reading scores a bad name! :rage: I got a 14 on RC, beat that! 😎

All kidding aside, I think you will be fine unless there is a hard cutoff at the school you're applying to (I highly doubt it). Your composite is very good and you should be fine with that GPA. I applied with and 84 composite and a 14 RC due to a splitting headache after the break (I consistently scored 80-99 on the RC during the PPT). I was going to retake it because one of my top choices wants a minimum of 50% on each subtest, yet I was accepted because of my decent composite and strong gpa trend. Unless you're really bad at interviewing and have serious personality issues, I am willing to bet that you will have absolutely no problem with those scores. Start practicing for your interviews, because your application looks real stellar. 🙂
