First off, your biggest mistake is comparing yourself to the SDN crowd. I don't believe I've seen anyone post a score that wasn't in the high 230's, but if you look at the statistics, more than 80% of people don't score that high. There are plenty of people who would be happy to get a 203 on Step 1, let alone a 203 with 6 weeks of studying left.
If you haven't studied pharm at all yet - one of the "3 P's" - you have a lot of gains to make. Psych and biostats are exceptionally easy topics for most people, so there's a lot of improvement to be had there, as well.
Most importantly, don't psych yourself out. You're still on pace for a very good score. Okay, maybe you're not going to hit the mid 250's like most people around here seem to (though you still might...), but what's wrong with a 230? If you don't jump at least 20 points in 6 weeks of dedicated study, I'd be pretty surprised. Don't get discouraged or stressed out because that's going to undercut your studying significantly. Keep doing what you're doing. It's working.
