low score on step 3

So I just got my step 3 score and I made a 197...which means I passed, but still far below what I made on both step 1 and step 2. I'm worried this will look really bad if I'm considering applying for fellowship (most likely endocrine). How much do I have to worry about my step 3 score at this point?🙁

For Endo? Not at all.
 
Does USMLE step3 scores matter either during residency or fellowship applications? I thought once you passed it, that it
 
I thought they didn't, but since my score was lower than both of my step 1 and 2 scores, I wasn't sure if this would raise questions for fellowship applications or not

I think conventional wisdom is that they just care if you passed. Surgical programs look for in-training scores, but I understand for IM fellowships its more about LORs, performance evals, etc. Endocrine is not very competitive, IMHO.
