I am planning on residency in Chicago and am considering these programs as my top 3 (for now). What are the pros and cons of these programs?

Rush
- is internship really bad, is the atmosphere more private practice, how many surgeries, how often is call (inhouse or home)?

Loyola
- reputation, fellowships?

UIC
- atmosphere, call, surgeries?
