One thing I find interesting about my job as a LTC pharmacist is that we sometimes deal with patients getting meds via peg tube.
There are plenty of do not crush med lists out there, but when it comes to what can and can't go down a peg tube, there doesn't seem to be a general consensus within the work place, or solid source that we stick to. Does anyone know of a source (beyond a do not crush list) that discusses giving patients meds via peg tube/what should not be given via peg tube?
