Luck rescheduling Emory interview?

Hi,

Has anyone out there had any luck rescheduling an interview at Emory? I just got an interview invite yesterday, but it is scheduled for the same day as an interview that I've had set up for a month now. The e-mail seems pretty harsh about rescheduling, saying essentially that there are plenty of other applicants they can interview if you can't make it that day. I e-mailed back, explaining my situation--it seems to be a legit excuse--but was wondering if anyone out there had had a similar experience.

Sorry, this isn't a reply to your question, I don't know about rescheduling...Do you mind if I ask when you application was complete at Emory? Mine's been complete for a wee bit and I haven't heard anything. Thanks!

My application has been complete since 11/28/01, so a bit more than "a wee bit." 🙂

Unfortunately, a wee bit means complete since 11/21...bummer. I'm still holding out, though-congrats on the interview, good luck!

Good luck, Coalboy. If you have never visited the campus before, I think you will like it. Emory has a neat little campus and the people there are some of the nicest I've met. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to interview there also, though I think time is now not on my side.
