At the office I shadowed this summer there are 4 dentists one fresh out of dental school, two that are middle of the road and one that has been practicing for 20+ years. After reading threads of people not being able to find dentists to shadow I guess I could say I got really lucky?

I was curious how rare it is to find such a situation with so many dentists at one office or does it really kind of depend on where you are?
