LVN, MA, MC, Orderly?

Hopefully there someone is out there that can help, in ten or more years, ill be a sports physician. I currently work in the IT field and desire to start into healthcare, even at the beginning not even being a doc/physician yet. So, my take is get the license as an LVN, Medical Coder, or Medical Assistant.
