Does anyone have a good list of lymphatic drainage of key organ systems/structures (e.g. stomach drains here, descending colon here, etc.)? I can't seem to find a centralized place that goes over this--not FA or HY Anatomy. I'm basically just picking up random stuff as I go through QBank...Just wondering if anyone knows a place where all this info is consolidated.
Thanks

smart alec answer = what I know:

everything drains to the thoracic duct

...except stuff in the right upper quadrant.

I had the exact same problem with the Inguinal Lymph nodes and the areas it drained....

I dont know if we 'allowed' to post websites/school course pages but I know the University of Michigan has an excellent Anatomy webite. The lymphatic section is even better. The lymphatics are well organized with afferents, efferents and locations. These table are definitley OVERKILL for Boards but If u need the information for a couple of lymph nodes..it will save u the time of picking through BRS.

Men i hope posting this does not infringe on copyright. SDN better have my back on this one.... :idea: Snap! they gata find me first! (I dont go to UM)

testicular --> paraortic
stomach / foregut cancers --> supraclavicular (Virchow's node)
breast --> axillary (for the most part)

I think we should know the head and neck drainage, but I can never keep them straight. Beyond that I wouldn't waste your time for STEP 1.
