Can any past test takers give an estimate of how much "M1" material is on Step 1? M1 sucked at my school...esp. Histo, immuno and anatomy. How much of M1 am I probably gonna have to go over again?

Definitely less than half of the test, maybe 30-40%. There is very little anatomy, even less histo. You should know neuroanatomy pretty well. I don't recall very much immuno or biochem. The one first year subject you will need to know well is physio. I had about 4 3-way "up/down" physio question in each section of my test.

I'm not going to be able to give you a good example because I'm terrible in physio. The question will ask you what happens to different physiologic variables in a certain situation, such as what happens to blood pressure, total peripheral resistance and stroke volume during hypovolemic shock. the answer choices will have every possible combination of up and down for each variable so that you can't use process of elimination if you only know what happens to one or 2 of the variables.

have fun!
