Hi All,

I hope someone can help me with this as the deadline is fast approaching--
Does anyone know if the first renewal period for MA pharmacist licensure you need to complete the 15 CE credit hours? I know in NJ this is waived for the first renewal period and I assumed this was the same in MA but I am not finding anything that states this outright.

Please help!

What do you mean the first renewal period? If you just graduated, then you do not need to complete CE credits for that year, however, the following year, you do need 15 credits. Due to the recent law change in MA, you need 20 credits for MA now. 5 hours of compounding CE's for practicing pharmacists, but I think if you work in retail, you can do those CE's in other disciplines instead of sterile compounding.
