hey guys,

Did anyone just recently passed the MA MPJE? Im planning to relocate to Boston and would like to you know if you guys have any suggestions in term of study materials.....thank you

I got licensed in MA recently. I read the state law from their website and Federal law from Reiss and Hall..
Hope this helps.

How long did it take you to prepare for ma mpje? I took and passed the california exam in december and so tired from studying......🙂
What did you think about the ma mpje?

Study the Ma package, you can download from website.

By the way, I am planning to take CPJE, how did you prepare for the exam?

Good Luck

Ok,,,,,cpje is clinical and pretty detailed about everything. I thought it was challenging...you just have to study hard and prepared. I studied the same clinical stuffs to prepare for NAPLEX. I actually read through the Tarascon pharmacopeia....know all the drug dosage, max strength, indications etc. If you asked anyone that took the CPJE and passed, they will not remember anything really. They have different versions of the exams as well....to sum it up...
1. I studied the APHA book
2. Tarascon pharmacopeia
3. went over some iv compatibility
4. otc, top 300 drugs....

It took me about a week to study for the mass. MPJE, on an off, since it's hard to read dry material continuously. I took it today and it was hard for two reasons. They have a whole bunch of questions where the answer choices are a. I only, b. III only, c. I and III, d. II and III, e. I, II, & III. The second reason is that they get really picky, i.e. which is not true? if someone picks something up, you collect the following information: name, their address, etc. Study the mass. packet and know your federal law well, i.e. all the forms to fill, etc. Sometimes, the only way to answer a question is to think back to your retail experience. Other than that, just hope you picked the right answer.
