Hoping someone could clear up a concept for me:

1) neutrophils/monocytes have NADPH oxidase system for respiratory burst and have myleoperoxidase to form HOCl

2) Macrophages lack both of these systems but instead use a nitric oxide system to kill.

3) with IGF-gamma stimulation the sequence of macrophage development goes from monocyte to macrophage to epitheloid-like to giant cell?

Are these statements all correct? Thanks in advance.
