Patient with diabetes type 1, going to test his family for HLA DR3,DR4,
what genetic/molec bio testing do you use for it?

Wouldnt you just use a Western using anti-HLA DR3 & Anti-HLA DR4 Antibodies as the primary Ab with a secondary reporter Ab. That to me would be the most direct way.
