So I noticed that magnetic field comes out from the north pole in a magnet and goes into the south pole. Is there a special reason for this?

The magnetic field at the 'North' pole of a free-hanging magnet points up towards the North pole of the Earth, and the field at the 'South' pole of the magnet points down towards the Earth's South pole. If you think about it this is actually the opposite to the Earth's North and South pole directions though, since the opposite poles attract, a magnet's North pole is actually the South pole when compared to the Earth's magnetic field.
