If loop C (rectangular with edges of 6cm and 8cm, area=48cm^2, is moved from the right side of the magnetic field in Fig 1 thru the field and then on to the left side, what type of current does it feel upon exiting the field while moving to the left?
Answer: CW direct current.
I understand the direct current part, but how is it clockwise. No matter how I look at it, it feels like the current should be ccw because the magnetic field (which goes from N on top to S on bottom in the figure) should be decreasing...and so the induced mag field goes down also? Can anyone help?
