Mail order pharmacy vs Wag?

After I finished 1 year of internship with Wag they did not hire me as a rph. Then I worked in mail order pharmacy since Feb 2013. Wag contacted me yestrday and asked me if i am still interested to work with Wag. My answer was like yes but I still have time to decide. I do not know is it a good thing to leave mail order pharmacy to retail? Mail pharmacy has its own disadvantages like sitting all the time and pressure to be fast and it is kind of isolated world. I do not know i posted here just to see what you think guys? I want to know what you would if you in my place?

How did you get your mailorder job? Do you work form home? What is the pay difference between mailorder and Wags?

Leaving mail order for Wags is like choosing to get hit with a hammer instead of the nice full body massage.

Well, you certainly wouldn't be isolated at WAGs, or sitting all the time, but I imagine the pressure to be fast will be just as great as mail order--plus you will be dealing with constant distractions at the same time you are being pressured to be fast.

Personal preference. Are you okay with the isolation at mail order? Do you like at least some patient interaction?

I work for wags...I do not recommend wags to my worst enemy. They have been micro managing everything lately. This used to be a great company...now it's no different than cvs or rite aid.

How stressed are you at your job? All that sitting is bad for your long term health but so is stress. If you are stressed out and sitting all day then that is not good. If you go retail, you are definitely getting stress, rudeness, and constant distractions. It might be worth it depending on pay, how much you value interaction, etc.

If mail order is not soul crushing, pays well and is stable, then mail order. You could always stand up and not use the chair, you know

How does standing all the time with the requirement to finish a bunch of bs initiatives AND the pressure to be fast sound? I bet I can name off more people who would trade spots with you to get out of WAGs than the number of disadvantages of a mail order pharmacy. Just saying...your choice ultimately.

Thx for inputs. I think most of you having a bad time working for retail. BTW most of my coworkers said the same thing too about these retail headache.
