Mailing date 8/13 but..

I'm just curious. My mailing date on AADSAS website says it will be on 8/13. But, I got emails from BU and Louisville yesterday that they need fees. 😕 Do AADSAS let schools download/review before the mailing date? How exactly mailing date works?

AADSAS rep told me that they send out your application electronically to schools on Mondays and mail out the printed application on Fridays. It means schools have received your application this Monday as your mailing date is this Friday so it makes sense if schools request the application fees.
