Mailing in DAT score

Hi everyone. I took my DAT last summer and am going to apply this coming cycle. Do I need to complete the "request DNA transcript" form on adea in order to mail my score for the schools I want to apply to? (if i didn't select the schools i want them to be mailed to initially?) Thank you

Yes, all schools require an official report sent to them (http://www.ada.org/dat.aspx). So yes, if you didn't select a school or schools when you took the DAT, you'd need to send to those schools.

Are you going to mail them DNA? What kind of sample?

As long as one school on your list of schools was designated to receive the DAT, they all will receive them.
