Hi, I know this is a really stupid question but what is the best way to mail out the supplemental applications? The first app. I sent out I just waited in line at the post office and bought a prepaid envelope. Pretty easy...but I have another app to mail out and I am very busy with school and work, so I do not think I can make it to the post office this week unless I skip class or arrange to arrive late to work.

Did you guys just fold up the essay and put it in a regular envelope with a stamp? I'd prefer to avoid folding the essay up so I bought the prepaid letter size envelope. Any suggestions where to buy the prepaid letter size envelopes besides the post office during their regular hours?

Thanks!

some schools specifically ask you to use a 9X11" envelope so you won't have to fold the papers. I sent all of mine in using certified mail so I can know when and if it gets to them. Hope this helps.

I sent all mine out in the large orange-y 9x11 envelopes.. i guess I just felt they were a little more professional or something. I bought 6 of them at once at one of those Hallmark/gift type stores.. they sometimes have them at grocery stores too (I've also seen them at Target). Then again, a friend of mine sent all of his via regular envelopes and folded them. Honestly, most schools probably won't care as long as they get your info.
