I did a month rotation in the SICU. The anesth. residents i talked to did not have to much negitive things to say or positive. They did say they worked very hard and they do an above amount of OB deliveries there.
This program as been discussed previously.
I would say an average program, very disorganised interview day, residents seemed overworked, offers lot of out of match positions. You might find it different this time, cos last year they were struggling to get a new chair.
Personally,I dodn't like the program at all

just interviewed there. It's an up and coming program now under new directorship. Extremely busy program, especially OB. Non-academic setting with heavy clinical focus. They're working on improving didactics. Have good fellowship choices at end of day. Decent facilities, but situated in isolated area. Residents live all over (manhattan, resident housing, etc)
