MY problem is that I get fatigued and lose focus on the actual full length exams.

That's what happened to me on Step I. Two weeks before step I, I scored 242 on the NMBE, but on the actual Step I , I scored 222. Towards the end of the exam I was fatigued and was just doing questions awaiting the final end of the test.

Even now as I am doing blocks my percentage score fluctuates greatly with my level of concentration. I'm thinking maybe I have ADHD but with the test date of August 3rd there's no time to explore that route (the only other option would be obtain ritalin illegally and try it to see if it helps, but I would't want to risk getting caught I think, or getting contaminated subpar meds).

Any tips on maintaining focus and concentration during the exam???

Lots of sleep the day and night before the exam and during the exam drink a "Red Bull" per every 2 to 3 Blocks completed. And most important, RELAX!!
