For those of you who were present at the HES information session, this issue was brought up near the end. Does anyone know where to find information, or can perhaps comment on how to maintain your home state's residency status if you live, take calsses and work in another state?

Residency laws vary by state, so you need to find out what your state's regulations are and move from there.
