Major ERAS problem!!!

I called a few programs this am. Turns out they dont have EITHER of my USMLE scores! ADTS shows that they have downloaded my scores quite a while back. This is scary... how can anyone expect programs to contact you, if they dont have your scores?
Does anyone have any information on this?

OK... check this out...
SUNY Buffalo... dont even have a RECORD on me!! they don't even have any basic information! Although ADTS shows they downloaded everything on specific dates!
this is outrageous!

Baton Rouge emailed today asking where my scores were. ADTS shows they are downloaded. I wrote ERAS but they were closed today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just wonder how many more programs are affected.

I finally talked to someone today about my problem with scores not showing up to several programs. The lady said, "Oh I remember your email, did I not reply." NO. I asked why nothing had been done. She said I had to contact my dean's office so they could download board scores. WHAT? They cannot download board scores. I gave permission and they show that they were sent. "Oh." was her response. I have contacted several programs and many are missing information. I have spend way to much money for this to happen. IDIOTS!
