Major on your transcripts?

On my transcripts, under major it says Medical Technology, well this was my major my freshman year but i have been doing the Biology curriculum... I havent officially changed my major yet. On the AADSAS i selected Biology as my major. Do you think this could cause any problems? Do you think i should go to the registar and change my major so it says biology? Thanx!

Better safe than sorry.. I don't think it will be a big issue, but you might as well... You wouldnt want to have to face the question on an interview.. For example, why did you put that your a biology major when your not, did you think it would make your application look better?? Just trying to cover all the bases....

I think you should just change it. In my university it was pretty easy to do too.

Go ahead and change it but I doubt an adcom will blink twice over the discrepancy.

just make sure when you graduate, you have biology as your major. If adcoms ask, just tell them, it's no big deal.
