Major Requirement for CA

Can you still get in if you're a non-science major but have completed the pre-reqs for a Cali school? I started off as a Bioengineering major but I've been wanting to change my major to Psychology or Health Science. It's not that the major is hard or anything, I just don't like how mostly all of my major classes are late at night, like 6-9:30pm.
