Make 1 big entry on optomcas for shadowing multiple doctors?

Before I decided to pursue optometry I shadowed several physians (M.D.'s) at different facilities/practices and wasn't sure if I should make one entry and just sum up what I did? Because in the end I just shadowed them. But the M.D.'s I shadowed were different, primary care physicians, specialists, surgeons, etc. I'm not sure if I should make separate entries or just one entry on optomcas?

i would check with the schools you are applying to. i'm applying to pacific which has a supp app that requires you to list shadowing experience so i asked if i should list them both on optomcas and the supp app and they said to list it only on the supp app
